Increasing territorial capitalization by incorporation of small enterprises into clusters
Modernization of the Russian national economy depends on small businesses and their involvement in capitalization of the territorial potential. This article discusses methods, models, and mechanisms of territorial capitalization based on incorporation of small business enterprises into clusters along with medium- and large businesses. We propose an optimization model for assessing the efficiency of such clusters: our research has shown that this model can be applied for decision-making in regional strategic planning. Methodologically, this study relies on the theories of industrial development and economic growth, the industrial cluster theory, and the works of Russian and international researchers on mechanisms of management of territorial potential, their establishment and implementation. Capitalization of the region's resource potential manifests itself in the form of static and dynamic effects. We developed models of interaction between small and other businesses and structures within a cluster oriented towards territorial capitalization. We demonstrated that incorporation of a university into a cluster structure increases the innovative capacity of all cluster members. This research may be further expanded to study the mechanisms of involving small businesses operating in peripheral areas into clusters

Monte Carlo modelling of Raman scattering in a multi-layered tissue
The report is concerned to Monte Carlo modelling of Raman scattering. A model of Raman scattering in multi-layered tissues has been built. A number and optical properties of tissue layers, number of photons, geometric size of the model and parameters of the light source may be varied by users. Content of protein and glycoproteins, their components in the oral fluid in children with chronic gastritis, duodenitis
In the oral fl uid of children with chronic gastritis, duodenitis there is the increased protein content (up to 7.33Β±0.43 g/l) against the background of the decreasing level of glycoproteins (up to 0.03Β±0.01 mg/ml). Coeffi cient of ratio protein / glycoproteins in the oral fl uid is increased by a factor of 9510, which has shown the intensive decay of protein-carbohydrate complexes and the increasing content of the protein fragments. In the composition of glycoproteins there is the reduced amount of hexosamines (up to 0.23Β±0.01 mmol/l), against the background of the increasing sialic acids (up to 0.16Β±0.01 mmol/l) and fucose (up to 0.87Β±0.02 mmol/l). Coeffi cient of ratio of terminal and corpus monosaccharides in the glycoproteins of the oral fl uid in patients with chronic gastritis, duodenitis is increased by a factor of 2.41 and 3.34, as compared to the same values in the control group of children, which signifi cantly modifi es the functional properties of the protein-carbohydrate complexes

The results of the clinical observation of patient with recurrent basal cell skin carcinoma of the parietal region occurred in 4 years after radiation therapy are represented. The patient underwent photodynamic therapy (PDT) using photosensitizer fotoditazin at a dose of 1.0 mg/kg; the laser power density was 0.45 W/cm2 , the laser energy density β 300 J/cm2 . Tolerability of the treatment was satisfactory. One year after treatment there was a cosmetically satisfying soft normotrophic scar with no attachment to underlying tissues in the site of the treatment of basal cell carcinoma. According to cytological study tumor cells were not detected. Monte Carlo simulation of Raman light scattering in a human skin
The paper presents an algorithm for simulating Raman light scattering inside a human skin using the Monte Carlo method. The proposed algorithm uses the photon transport algorithm developed by L. Wang and S. Jacques as a basis and permits to model heterogeneities of various sizes and topologies caused by pathological processes. A skin optical model has been built with optical transport parameters compiled from Meglinski et al., Jacques and Raman active components of skin cancer from Xu Feng et al. As the most important model components collagen, elastin, keratin, cell nucleus, triolein, ceramide, melanin and water are chosen. Raman spectra of normal human skin, malignant melanoma and basal cell carcinoma skin cancers have been simulated. The reconstructed Raman spectra reached reasonably good match with the skin spectra measured in vivo. The possibility of using the algorithm to estimate changes in the concentration of skin components with the development of malignant neoplasm by modeling Raman spectra of normal skin and skin with the malignant neoplasm and comparing them with the corresponding experimental Raman spectra is examined.This study was supported by the RFBR Grant β 19-52-18001 Bolg_Π° and the Russian Federation President grant for state support of young scientists (project MK-1888.2019.2)
